Jerry Rabow, a graduate of Harvard Law School, now retired from law practice, has taught many adult education programs for synagogues and book groups and is a lay leader at Valley Beth Shalom Synagogue, Encino, California. He is the author of A Guide to Jewish Mourning and Condolence and 50 Jewish Messiahs.
